Sports Illustrated Stadium Set to Become FIFA World Cup Hub This Summer
Red Bull New York announced the Red Bull New York Soccer Celebration, a series of soccer-inspired events at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, timed to coincide with the FIFA World Cup 2026, which returns to American soil for the first time in 32 years.
The program will feature concerts, interactive fan zones, and other activations throughout the tournament window. Red Bull New York will also host live viewings of select FIFA World Cup matches at the stadium, with additional details to be announced.
The first concert of the second annual Sports Illustrated Stadium Concert Series will feature Norwegian DJ and producer Kygo, with special guest Kaleo, the Grammy-nominated Icelandic rock band, on June 22. Doors open at 4 p.m. ET, with Kygo taking the stage at 5:30 p.m. ET. Following the concert, fans can watch a live viewing of the World Cup match between Norway and Senegal at 8 p.m. ET. Tickets went on presale March 20 and are available to the general public beginning March 21 at sitickets.com.
“This summer marks a unique moment for soccer in our region, and we’re proud to help bring it to life for our fans,” said Marc de Grandpré, president and general manager of Red Bull New York. “We’re turning Sports Illustrated Stadium into a home for people to come together and experience the energy of the world’s game.”
The Soccer Celebration will also feature House of Red Bull Soccer, where fans can meet global stars and explore Red Bull’s international clubs. Additional concerts will be announced separately.
